Christie works for Emirates and was only going to be in Cape Town for 1 day and Conrad planned to make it the best day of their lives. Starting off with a scenic helicopter ride over Cape Town and landing in the beautiful gardens of Groot Constantia. They went for a short little hike so that they could go “wine tasting” but little did she know that on top of the hill, over looking the Constantia valley, Conrad would go down on his knee and propose. To add to the romance Chris Werge was singing their favourite ballads and the two of them were dancing in the vineyards. I don’t think it gets more romantic than that.
