I am a Cape Town based wedding and portrait photographer and I am incredibly fortunate to LOVE what I do. I photograph, edit, blog, Facebook and Instagram (I don’t Tweet), but mostly, I deal with pretty pictures.
My interests are fashion, décor and travel, and I love meeting new people. As a wedding photographer, I get to incorporate all the things I am crazy about.
My clients trust me to tell their unique love story. My style is simple and unobtrusive. I create beautiful and emotional images that can be treasured forever.
Being a freelance wedding photographer for many years, and after more than 400 weddings, I feel that I have the experience to be unflappable when things don’t go according to plan. I am there to be your backup bridesmaid.
I do have the most awesome clients, and the appreciation I receive when I hand over their digital photographs is always so overwhelming.
Besides being appreciated by my clients, it is also extremely rewarding to receive recognition from the wedding industry. I have been fortunate to win several awards over the years, and have been featured on numerous blogs as well as in bridal magazines.
- I received a silver medal at the prestigious Sony Profoto awards, for Outstanding Photography in the “Professional Portfolio”, Wedding category .
- A bronze medal at the SABIA (South African Bridal Industry Academy) Vow awards.

I have also been very privileged to travel around the world as a “destination wedding photographer ”.
I haven been to Madeira, Portugal several times for weddings. The island of Madeira is a paradise of choice for a wedding photographer.
The Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe was definitely a highlight. Seeing one of the 7 natural wonders of the world is a view and a wedding I will never forget.
I have also photographed in London, Dubai, Harare and Angola.
Lucky for me though being a proud Cape Town photographer I am very spoiled for choice in the most beautiful city in the world, and photographing weddings here never gets old.
