Kristy and Gavin’s wedding at Suikerbossie in Hout Bay was one of those days that just felt so personal and full of love. The couple, who were organizing their wedding all the way from the UK, teamed up with Weddings Out of Africa to help bring their vision to life. And they absolutely nailed it!
One of the unique touches of the day was the audio guestbook, a fun way for guests to leave messages for the couple to listen to later.
The couple also put so much thought into their bridal party gifts. The gorgeous boxes for the bridesmaids and groomsmen were full of special goodies that reflected the relationships they shared with each of them. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
And if you’re a fan of Friends, you’ll love that Kristy and Gavin added a few classic quotes from the show to the celebration. It gave the day a fun, lighthearted vibe and felt so true to who they are as a couple. I loved the crossword puzzle. They definitely each others lobsters.
One of the highlights of the day was the couple shoot just as the sun was beginning to set. Suikerbossie has some of the most breathtaking sea views, and the sunset was nothing short of spectacular. The couple shoot is such a special time when just the two of them get to soak in the beauty of the day.
