Robyn & Grant

Being a part of Robyn And Grant’s wedding was like photographing a friends wedding. I think they are the 8th couple from a group of friends that I have photographed. So I really felt welcome and it was such a fun wedding.

The people were a little crazy, the dance floor was full and it was the first time I was called “Aunty” at a wedding by one of the groomsmen. I am starting to feel old. Hopefully he was joking! The wedding was held at South Hill in the Elgin valley, a really  amazing setting and Sandy was such a pleasure to work with. I hope to be back many times. Grant is in the wedding industry and so the wedding was so well thought through. From sunblock to sunglasses for their guests, a stunning wine bar, and the furniture from Urbantonic was chic and a l loved the eclectic chairs they chose, and with the help of Evention everything looked beautiful.

Robyn was probably my  most nervous bride in front of the camera, she has the most beautiful smile and her smile reaches her eyes and she lights up. I hope seeing these photos, you will see what I saw and definitely what Grant sees in you. Walking down the aisle Grant was truly overwhelmed by emotion, and it was really special to witness it. May you both continue to look at each other in that way for all the years to come. Thanks for trusting me with your photographs.
