I didn’t know Lauren at all but I had heard so much about her from my daughter Gabriella, it felt like I knew her before we officially met. Lauren is a teacher and by the sounds of it a GREAT one. The parents and kids adore her. So when we did meet, I got to find out what the fuss was all about and I understood. Lauren is bubbly, fun, loud and her family and friends are everything to her. St.John seems to be her calming rock, together they compliment each other so well.
It was a special wedding with so much details and fun elements. I think my favourite idea being the invitations and table seating plan. The invitation was sent with a bottle of wine. Every couple had to take a photo of themselves sharing the wine somewhere, it could be at the beach, a sunset or away for a weekend. When you RSVP’d you sent the photo that you had taken sharing your wine together. These photos became part of the seating plan. Thought that was really divine.
Another fun element was during the couple shoot, they had organised a “Minute to win it” kind of game. Each table played together as a team, and different stations were set up with different tasks. The winners were announced at the reception with quirky prizes. This totally broke the ice and by the time everyone was inside it was time to party.
Thank you St.John and Lauren for having me be part of your day, it was one to be remembered.
